We endeavour to make the returns process as easy as possible for you, and to provide prompt refunds. We may have different returns procedures depending on the products in question, but our friendly sales team will always be happy to help.
If you decide you no longer require the products or services after ordering then please contact us within 14 days to arrange the return. You may be given a returns reference number. If you’re returning products for this reason any delivery costs will need to be covered by you.
If you need to return products because they are faulty, we’re sorry to hear that and will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact us so we can either arrange a refund, replacement products, or for repair work to be carried out if applicable under the terms of a warranty. You may be given a returns reference number.
