About Us
Crusader Ltd has been trading since the late 1980s, originally selling our services to corporate clients in the IT sector. This was set up by our founder Keith (my Father).
Crusader is a Family Run Business based in South Nottinghamshire, who decided to explore the world of Interactively and classroom accessories. Whilst doing so in 2000 Keith’s son, Andrew (Myself) joined the Crusader Solutions team, now known as the Crusader AV.
Shortly after this in 2004 we expanded the business in a different direction by opening a gifts retail store, which Lorraine (my wife) came in to help whilst she was on Maternity leave and then basically never left. If there wasn’t enough going on in 2004, our son William was born. He will now be the 3rd generation working for the Family Business.
In late 2004 early 2005, we expanded our Business by offering the products we sell for sale via our First Website becoming an online presence.
In 2008, when our daughter (Krystina) was born we decided to close the retail outlets and concentrate on our website business, but we had learnt a lot about buying products at the best time which has helped us continue to expand.
We have invested in our own Warehousing which means that we are able advertise items for sale that we have in stock, and therefore reducing the dispatch time. Our average dispatch time is within 1 working day.
Part of Crusader’s business ethic that we try our best to treat our customers, how we would like to be treated. This in return has reflected in that the majority of our staff have been with us for over 10 years, which in turn means we all have a vast amount of knowledge of the products and services we sell.
We stock many different products from a left handed mouse through to a height adjustable mobile panel trolley.
We have worked many hours building our relationships with our suppliers whom we have vetted and trust.
